ROCK HALL 2008 - INDUCTION PROGRAM

The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame's Class of 2008 honored a diverse group of influential artists and industry professionals. Performers inducted included blues harmonica virtuoso Little Walter, pioneering instrumental rock band The Ventures, singer-songwriter John Mellencamp, pop icon Madonna, and the British Invasion group The Dave Clark Five. The Ahmet Ertegun Award recognized songwriting duo Kenny Gamble and Leon Huff for their significant contributions to music, while poet and singer Leonard Cohen was also inducted as a performer.
